How to make the Bulin 47 AI video with your photo
The fastest way is right here: one photo in, the full 19-second freestyle out. Below is how the trend works, the other tools people use, and how to get a result that actually looks like you.
Where the trend comes from
In early October 2026, creator Kevin Wai stopped Dominican artist Bulin 47 outside a restaurant in Madrid with a portable speaker playing a dembow beat. Instead of walking past, Bulin 47 danced and freestyled on the spot, with his security standing behind him. Both posted the clip that day.
A few days later the AI versions began: the speaker, the crowd, the red-lit entrance and every camera move stay the same, and the performer becomes someone else. That is where the versions with footballers, pets and friends came from. On October 8 the two released the full song, “Dame Hombro”.
The one-photo way
Pick a clear photo
Front-facing, sharp, one person, with hair, clothes and upper body visible. A selfie works; a tight face crop or sunglasses do not.
Pick a quality
480p costs 10 credits and 720p HD costs 22. For TikTok and Reels, 480p looks fine on a phone; 720p holds up better on larger screens.
Create and download
We replace the performer in the clip with you across all 19 seconds and keep the original sound. Download the MP4, or the silent copy if you prefer to add the audio inside TikTok.
Other ways people make it
We are not the only way. This is what tutorials showed in early October 2026; tools change often.
- CapCut template
- Free, but it edits your own footage: it does not put you into the original scene.
- Dreamina or Seedance with a prompt
- Flexible, but you have to get the original clip, a clear photo and tune the prompt yourself.
- Higgsfield
- Popular for character remixes; credit-based, and queues can be long.
- Bulin47 AI (this site)
- You only upload one photo. The clip, the timing and the sound are already set up; you choose the quality.
Tips for a result that looks like you
- Use natural light on your face: a dark selfie gives the model less to work with.
- Show your outfit: the model keeps your clothes, so wear what you want to be seen in.
- Regular glasses are fine; sunglasses hide your eyes and hurt the likeness.
- One person per photo. A group photo makes it unclear who takes the performer’s place.
- If the result is off, change the photo before trying again, because every try costs credits: the photo is almost always the cause.
Posting it
The download keeps the original audio and is 9:16, so it uploads to TikTok, Reels and Shorts without cropping.
If a platform mutes the audio for copyright reasons, post the silent copy and pick the Bulin 47 sound inside the app: it lines up from the first second.
Frequently asked questions

CapCut templates are free but only edit your own footage. Putting yourself into the original scene with AI costs credits here: one 480p video is 10 credits ($9.99 on its own).
How long is the video?
19 seconds: the part of Kevin Wai’s clip used by the most-watched AI versions, starting as the camera turns to the performer.
Do I need to download the original clip?
No. The clip, the timing and the sound are already set up. You only upload your photo.
Kevin Wai or Kevin Way?
It is spelled Kevin Wai. “Kevin Way” shows up a lot in searches, but it is the same creator.
