Privacy Policy

What we process

• Account: your email and name, or those Google gives us if you sign in with Google.
• Photos you upload and the videos generated from them.
• Purchases: which pack you bought and when. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by us.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser, for security and to prevent abuse.

What we use it for

To create your video, show it in My videos, email you when it is ready, take payment and give support. We do not use your photos or videos to train models, and we do not publish them or show them to other users.

Who we share it with

• Replicate (United States) receives your photo to generate the video with the AI model. If Replicate is unavailable, we use Kie.ai as a backup provider.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Google, if you sign in with Google, and Google Analytics to measure how the site is used.
• Microsoft Clarity, to understand how the page is used. The area where you upload your photo and watch your video is hidden from its recordings.
• Cloudflare sends account emails.
• Our hosting provider, where photos and videos are stored.
• Each provider applies its own privacy and data retention policy, which you can read on its site.
• We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos are deleted 7 days after the video is created.
• Videos are deleted 30 days after they are created.
• These periods apply to our own storage. Temporary copies kept by the AI providers follow their own policies.
• You can delete any video, together with its photo, earlier from My videos.
• You can delete your account from the settings. Purchase records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to support@bulin-47.app. We reply as soon as we can.
